A photo a week project

I’ve seen a lot of people do different projects like a photo a day or week. I don’t think I can keep up with another photo a day so I thought I would do one a week. I am hoping to capture more photos of our family together. It may be me and the kids or Ryan and the kids or just one of us. So here it goes, week 1 of 52.

My beautiful baby boy, who is no longer a baby.

Snow in Dallas

It’s very rare for us to get snow in Dallas, so when it does we have to take advantage.

Yay for snow!!!

He can't see

She was very excited for a snow fight

Benny

Not sure what to do.....

Rain boots work well in the snow too

SO happy

"MOMMY"

Not so happy once we put him near the snow

My boots work well too

It was FREEZING!

We enjoyed it for a few minutes but it got too cold and we had to head in.

Samantha Dances

Every once in a while at Sam’s dance class the parents get to watch them perform. Sam did great, she listens really well and truly enjoys it. The lighting and color of the dance room is kind of crazy, so it’s hard to get a great picture, but Sam makes up for that.

Straddle rolls, she is the only one who can do these, thanks to gymnastics

Halloween 2010

I really have neglected this thing recently, hopefully I can change that and post more. Here are some pictures of Sam, Ben and Brayden enjoying Halloween.

First up is the Trunk or Treat at our church. Pat, Amber, Michelle and Brayden joined us for some fun!

Dancing Sammy

Today Sam had dance class and they let us in for the first time to see them perform a little dance, they did Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star. I wasn’t ready at all and I had Ben with me so although I got a lot of pictures, they aren’t great. They were out of focus and the color is all off because the room has florescent lights, but the door was open streaming yellow light! I would’ve used my point and shoot but it was full already. So I hope you enjoy!

She had an absolute blast and LOVED to perform, it was so cute to see and Ben loves watching his Sissy. Afterwards we stopped by Ryan’s work and I snapped a couple pics of the kids as well.

She's on her number and waiting patiently

Almost ready

She's so happy

Watching the teacher....

All about Ben

Ben seems to be missing from most of my posts since it’s hard for me to take pics of both kids together. So yesterday while Sam was at camp I took him outside to try to get some of him. He doesn’t sit still for a second, but I think I got a few keepers.

Mowing the lawn

On the move

Summer time!

We’ve spent quite a big of time in Mimi and Papa’s pool, Sam is like a fish. She has blossomed so much, she used to be afraid of the water and then loved it but wouldn’t go near the deep end and forget about the diving board. Now she’s doing it all!

Beautiful girl
